At Baldwin’s Electrical we are dedicated to remaining compliant with GDPR. 

We will only ever use your name and address for the purposes of a visit to quote or complete work, or produce electrical certificates or reports. This information is then transferred onto a written quotation, invoice, report or certificate. These documents are held on our computer hard drive for information purposes only, to enable us to reference work completed. Our computer system is protected with antivirus software at all times.

We never send out marketing emails and will only take your email address for the purposes of sending over quotations, invoices, and certificates. Our inbox and sent mail is deleted periodically.  Our social media messages and conversations are also deleted periodically, usually as a job has completed. Messages sent to us via the website arrive in our email inbox and are treated as a normal email, as stated above.

When collecting materials for jobs from third party businesses we are asked to give a reference (for logging and billing purposes). This will either be given as a surname or street name. NEVER is enough detail given to be able to identify a customer.

Photographs of work completed by us are shared on our social media pages and/or website, with consent from the customer.

Our social media pages are managed by one member of staff and NEVER will any information be retrieved or used from your personal profile.
